Well, yes and no, Andy - in Australia the number of patients with small cell lung cancer is skyrocketing at the moment, and the majority of these patients NEVER smoked. I think we have to cast out net a little wider and looks for additional aggravating factors (eg diet, pollution etc.). The etiology of lung cancer has just become a lot more complex.
