Well done Brian, now you just need to keep it growing on well - no pressure. Hopefully it is growing like a weed for you.

I wonder about Cyrtochilum edwardii.... it really is very fertile in the F1 and F2 crossings to Odontoglossum???

Mr Cym I'm not sure about edwardii fertility when crossed into Odont, but I know some of the progeny from Bragelonne. The future looks bright for using Bragelonne on to things other than Miltoniopsis, which is where most of the previous work has been done.

There is another interesting Cyrtochilum occurring in Antioquia, Colombia (Andy, isn’t that your turf ?): Cyrtochilum ionoplocon - almost the same colour as edwardii, but flowers twice the size of it.

Has anyone ever seen any hybrids of it ?
